Can you process my payment over the phone?

No. In order to participate in the auctions you must have a credit card or PayPal in your account. When you win an auction, payment is processed automatically so no further action is required from the buyer.* 

If payment declines, you will be notified by email and the outstanding order will be available for correction in the Payment Errors section of your account. If you wish to use a different payment method (credit card or PayPal) to fix payment you will need to first register the card or PayPal in your account. Using the Payment Errors section in your account is the only way to correct payment.

*Orders totaling $5000.00 or more must be paid by wire transfer only. In these instances, the winner will be notified by email with further instructions.
