Unless otherwise expressly stated by PropertyRoom.com, PropertyRoom.com is involved only as a facilitator and/or agent in the transaction between buyers and sellers using the Website. As a result PropertyRoom.com cannot control all content and materials posted as a listing on the Website or all items put up for auction by sellers through the Website. Therefore, PropertyRoom.com has adopted the procedures set forth below to allow third parties to bring to its attention for correction any infringement by listings and/or offering of Prohibited Products through the Website.
