First, you need to register your payment information in order to participate in the auctions!

To update your Payment Method please follow the instructions below:

1.) Log In to your PropertyRoom account

2.) On the upper right hand side, hover over your name and select My Profile

3.) Select Payment Info in the left menu

There will be the option of choosing Add PayPal, or Add Credit Card.

Once the desired payment option is selected, fill in the fields as prompted.

* PropertyRoom.com does not accept pre-paid cards, international credit cards or non-U.S. PayPal. For verification purposes, the payment information you provide must be in your name. If you are using someone else's credit card or PayPal account or requesting shipment to an address that cannot be verified, it may cause delays with payment verification, or could result cancellation of orders and account.
