The only accepted payment method for bidders from Canada & Mexico is wire transfer. PropertyRoom.com currently does not accept international credit cards, credit cards or PayPal based outside of the United States, as a form of payment. If you are from Canada or Mexico, the only form of accepted payment is wire transfer.
Wire transfer payment, you will receive an invoice via email for the final winning bid to be paid via wire transfer. This invoice must be paid in full within 72 hours of receipt. If not paid, within 72 hours you acknowledge and agree to possible forfeiture of any fees and goods.
