Your Responsibility

You assume responsibility for auctions you have won which includes but is not limited to; inspection of goods upon delivery, and notifying PropertyRoom.com within 10 business days of receipt of product to initiate to Return Goods Authorization. 

PropertyRoom.com will generally accept returns if it made a manifest error, such as shipping the wrong item, or shipping the incorrect quantity of items, or if PropertyRoom.com determines that the product sold is Prohibited Property (as defined in the User Agreement). PropertyRoom.com may, at its discretion, accept certain other returns, provided that a 15% restocking fee may apply to such discretionary terms. Original shipping costs as well as any additional shipping fee incurred in the return of product are not refunded on discretionary returns. PropertyRoom.com is unable to approve credits or discretionary returns of the following product under any circumstances: (1) product with a condition rating of "Fair" or lower, (2) trading/sports cards, coins and other "loose" collectables, or (3) any item identified in the listing as "Untested", or (4) electronics such as cell phones, tablets, GPS units or other mobile devices that cannot be activated due to obsolescence, identified as stolen on telecommunication carrier’s records, or termination of service.

In the event payment is disputed, the buyer is responsible for costs incurred with return shipment.

With respect to discretionary returns:

PropertyRoom.com reserves the right to change the criteria upon which it determines whether to accept a discretionary return, and no practice or course of conduct shall create any obligation on the part of PropertyRoom.com to accept any return other than for manifest error or Prohibited Property. PropertyRoom.com also reserves the right to question the reason for which a return is being requested, in addition to asking for specific details or product images so the request and claim can be documented internally.
