You must have an address registered in your account in order to bid. To update your address or add an alternate delivery address, please follow the instructions below.
- Sign In to your account
- On the upper right hand side, hover over your name and select My Profile
- Select Shipping Addresses from the left menu
Once there you will be able to remove or make edits to existing addresses, as well as add alternate shipping addresses (by clicking on the Add New Address button). Please note the address you select as your Default should always be your primary shipping address.
* NOTE: Any new addresses you add OR any changes you make to an existing address will not override the address information on active bids. You must notify customersupport@propertyroom.com immediately at the close of auction to request an address change on your order. See our Shipping Guidelines for more details.
