All sales documents are processed using the information in your bidder account at the time of your initial bid. Verify before bidding that the default information in your bidder account matches the name and address you wish to have reflected on the bill of sale and title. Changes cannot be made after-the-fact.

 

To update your information:


 

1.) Sign In to your PropertyRoom.com account

2.) On the upper right hand side, hover over your name and select My Profile

4.) Select Shipping Addresses in the left menu



Once there you can edit existing address information OR you can add a new address. When filling out the fields, just use the drop down selector (next to where it says "How do you want to bill of sales or vehicle registration titled") and choose Company Name. For example:
