You may add an address or update your address information in your account at any time, however please note that these changes to your address information WILL NOT automatically override won auctions or active bids that are already under way.


Items are shipped to the address you selected when you first bid on the item. You must notify customersupport@propertyroom.com immediately (or reply to your winning bid notification) at the close of auction to request an address change on your order. Once the product has shipped, we are unable to update the address on the package or cancel the order.
