Your PropertyRoom.com profile allows for multiple address entries. When participating in an auction – on the Bid Review page - please select the desired delivery address before you complete your first bid. Any changes you make to your address information in your account, including adding additional addresses, will not override the address you originally selected when you completed your first bid. Address change requests must be submitted to customersupport@propertyroom.com prior to shipment. Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed and the shipment cannot be re-directed.
IMPORTANT: PropertyRoom.com is unable to ship product to an address that cannot be verified by the buyer’s financial institution. Account details are subject to verification at any time, with or without notice. In such instances where a delivery address cannot be verified, PropertyRoom.com may, at its discretion, contact the buyer to request more details and provide further instructions required for address verification.
