PropertyRoom.com's clients are principally law enforcement and government agencies throughout the United States. Their objective is to sell to the highest bidder at public auction. Our auctions are limited only to bidders who have provided valid payment methods, either via PayPal or credit card. As a result, when the auction closes no further action is required from the bidder: The payment method is charged and the item is shipped automatically (if delivery is available). With the exception of some auctions in which a Bid Deposit is required, you only pay for your actual winning bids or purchases. While other auction sites permit bidding without any financial obligation, PropertyRoom.com does not. This reinforces integrity in auction bidding because each bid is sincere and binding; all bidders know that the prices are not artificially inflated by bidders who don't ultimately follow through.
