Help! I Bid More Than I Intended!
If you have placed a Proxy (maximum) bid in error, you may lower your maximum bid. Please note: you cannot lower a maximum bid below the current winning bid in the auction.
- To lower your maximum bid, return to the listing and submit a new maximum bid which will be the Next Minimum Bid + the next Bid Increment.
For example, if the Next Minimum Bid is $50.00 and the Bid Increment is $5.00, the maximum bid you will place should be $55.00.
