I won, but you charged the wrong payment method. Why?
When bidding, your payment method “locks” into the auction from the moment your first bid was submitted. Doing so indicates you authorize use of that payment method if you win that auction. Once a bid is placed, any new payment details you put in your account will not override the previous card (or PayPal) associated with the active bid.
Once payment has been made, we are unable to reverse the transaction and process on a different card or PayPal.
