Without limiting other remedies, PropertyRoom.com may immediately issue a warning, temporarily or indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide product and Services to you if (a) you breach the User Agreement; (b) PropertyRoom.com is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to PropertyRoom.com; or (c) PropertyRoom.com believes that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users or PropertyRoom.com.
