If you see an item at auction and you need more information, you can use the Questions feature in the auction listing. You will need to be signed into your account to use the Questions feature.

First, go to the auction listing and above the item description you will see a 'tab' labelled Questions.

Click on the Questions tab. 

Next, type in your question then hit the Submit button. We do our best to respond to queries within 1 business day.
