Occasionally we need to do site maintenance to PropertyRoom.com to add new features, update systems, correct issues, etc., or there is an issue where the site will be unavailable. We have a talented and dedicated Technology team that is constantly monitoring the site and is ready to jump in and correct any issues that arrive quickly with limited interruption.

In many of these instances, you would not even be aware of changes being made as it will not affect how the site works, or your bidding.

In some cases, however, we may need to take the site down for a limited period of time to make these updates. In that case, we would notify you ahead of time with messaging on the site and/or email communications.

We would communicate any changes to auctions that maybe live on the site at that time. But don’t worry, we won’t let you miss out on an auction.
