Upon payment completion, the winning bidder will receive a payment confirmation email. To ensure timely pick up and avoid potential storage fees, we strongly suggest the winning bidder retrieve their product as soon as possible after payment is completed

Important Pick-Up Times

Monday-Friday 9am - 4:00pm 

Storage fees are charged per calendar day (including Saturday & Sunday), due at the time of pickup; payable in CASH ONLY.

If the winning bidder lives within 50 miles of Times Square, NY:  The vehicle must be picked up within 2 business days of payment (begins the day after payment is made) or additional storage fees will be charged at the time of pickup at $40 per day for vehicles less than 11,000 pounds GVWR, and $75 per day for vehicles greater than 11,000 pounds GVWR. 

If the winning bidder lives outside of 50 miles of Times Square, NY: The vehicle must be picked up within 3 business days of payment (begins the day after payment is made) or additional storage fees will be charged at the time of pickup at $40 per day for vehicles less than 11,000 pounds GVWR, and $75 per day for vehicles greater than 11,000 pounds GVWR. 

The buyer’s address as shown on a current driver’s license will be used to calculate the distance.

The winning bidder must have a picture ID at the time of pickup or the pickup designee must have his/her picture ID, a letter from the winning bidder authorizing the designee to pick up the vehicle and a copy of the winning bidder’s driver’s license. Storage fees quoted are effective from the date of payment through the date the asset is picked up. Storage of the asset beyond the point of pick up is an agreement made between the winning bidder and the storage facility and subject to different rates. Inquiry and arrangements can be made at pick up or in advance via the storage facility contact stated in the listing.
