When an order totals $5000.00 or more, the only form of payment accepted is Wire Transfer. Payment instructions for wire transfers are emailed to the winning bidder, typically within 1 business day after the close of auction. Payment must be made within 72 hours.

Please keep in mind for orders totaling $5000.00 or more, credit card or PayPal payment is not accepted. PropertyRoom.com is unable to split payment across two or more credit card or PayPal transactions.
